NPC [Strategic Point] has been made more durable (increased HP).
You will receive a SPI payout at the end of the Occupation war. The amount you get depends on the contribution you have made. You will only get this reward if you are on the relevant maps at the end of the Occupation war.

Introduction of 3rd Outpost: Castle Corona

Reduced time between Outpost wars from 10 days to 5 days.
Outpost war start time set to 9PM.
Outpost war duration reduced from 120 minutes to 60 minutes.

Changes to Mothership wars
Mothership summon system - Declaration of War:
Instead of spawning at the X00,000 NCP marks, the MS wars are now scheduled. Under normal circumstances, there will be 2 Mothership wars each week.
The nation leader may adjust the summon time of their enemy's Mothership. They may only change the date and time of next week's Mothership. The number of changes permitted is limited to: 3 per week. The nation leaders may also resign their Mothership attack.
Leaders found abusing this function in a way that is detrimental to the server may be removed from their position.
Mothership handicap system:
The first Motherships of the month are Lv[5] and will change based on previous Mothership outcomes.
Your next week's Mothership will become stronger (Lv[+1]) if your nation loses this week's Mothership war.
Your next week's Mothership will become weaker (Lv[-1]) if your nation wins this week's Mothership war.
Stealth Card Mothership:
Successfully defending your own Lv[8] Mothership or destroying your enemy's Lv[8] Mothership will reward all online players of your nation with a 120 minute [Stealth Card].
Boss Summon Mothership:
Successfully destroying your enemy's Lv[9] Mothership will summon 1 special boss NPC [Unfinished Ordin] in [Blackburn Site] in the case of the destruction of Horos Lv[9] and in [Desert of Ardor] in the case of the destruction of Anubis Lv[9]. This [Unfinished Ordin] is summoned once for each channel.
Happy Hour reward:
Destroying your enemy's Mothership rewards your nation with a nation-wide Happy Hour, increasing EXP, SPI, and Drop Rates of your nation for 1-3 hours. The Happy Hour's bonus % and Happy Hour duration depends on the level of the Mothership destroyed.
You will receive a SPI payout at the end of the Mothership war. The amount you get depends on the contribution you have made. You will only get this reward if you are on the relevant maps at the end of the Mothership war.

Introduction of Mission Master System
Upon completion of certain "Mission Master" missions, you will become eligible to register as that mission's Mission Master.
Players attempting to complete those missions may request help from Mission Masters through their Mission Panel.
Having helped a player with a mission, the Mission Master will be rewarded [Master's Medal of Merit]. The number of [Master's Medal of Merit] rewarded is dependent on the mission.
Mission Masters must have joined the formation (party) via the "Create Formation & Request Help" button for the reward to be given.

Starlight Slots (Lucky Machine) NPC
2 [Starlight Slot] NPCs have been added to each national capital.
The NPC requires [Token] to be used. Tokens can be obtained from the Item Shop or as a reward in GM events.
Starlight Slots is currently the only way to obtain the new armor class. (see next section)
New armor class added
Obtainable only from Starlight Slots
Focus type can be changed with the Armor Rebuild Cards.
Can be upgraded to a stronger version (higher level) with the corresponding Armor Powerup Card.
Can be downgraded to a weaker version (lower level) with the corresponding Armor Powerdown Card.
All enchants stay on the armor when using Rebuild, Powerup, and Powerdown Cards.
Balance updates
Normal skills are not removed when a player is killed. However, Elite (Finishing Move) and Special Skills will end.
Jet class engines for the I-GEAR have had their stall (minimum) speed adjusted to be more comparable to the Eurostar class engines for the B-GEAR and the Accounter class engines for the M- and A-GEARs.
[A Type Condensed Shield Kit] and [A Type Condensed Energy Kit] have been put for sale at all [Parts Shop] NPCs.
Enchantments can now be made to Radars and Engines. However, unlike Weapons or Armors, enchantments on Radars and Engines may fail on the 1st enchant.
The Evasion and Defense has been comparable with the introduction of Pierce cards.
Bonus equipment (charms) giving Defense and/or Evasion have been made comparable with the introduction of Bonus equipment giving Pierce and/or Accuracy.
Armors may now be enchanted with Defense and/or Evasion cards to make comparable with Weapons enchanted with Pierce and/or Accuracy cards.
War Point unique radar price dropped from 200,000 WP to 75,000 WP.

Players running the game without administrator privileges will be disconnected. Please be sure that your Windows account is under the administrator group (XP) or disable User Account Control (Vista/7) or be sure to run the game by selecting Run as Administrator from the right-click menu (Vista/7)
Localization overhaul. Many aspects of the game has been edited, tweaked, fixed in terms of the English initially provided. There is more localizations to come in the future as well.
Command /whoareyou has been disabled for normal users.
Notable Bug Fixes
Remaining in Outpost battle-maps by opening [Item Shop] or other shop NPCs or by staying dead during the Warp to City action (i.e. successful Protector replacement, or at the end of a Outpost war) has been fixed.
The Options button while on Character Selection screen is now operational.
Mouse capture system while in Windowed mode improved.
Known un-resolved issues
Leader chat for the owner of the new Outpost should be labelled "Captain Castle Corona". However, that is too long and was truncated to "Captain Castle Coro".
The Mothership info page displaying the times of this week's and next week's Motherships will always state the Mothership being Lv[5]. This is not always correct.
In the Time window (opened by clicking on "TIME" near the top right of the screen), 12PM-1PM is displayed as "AM."
